**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an entry to mid-level Salesforce Marketing Cloud Business Analyst to join our team. The role primarily involves building reports using SQL within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. Although knowledge of Salesforce CRM and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred, the main requisite is a firm understanding of data analytics and report generation. 

**Responsibilities:**

1. Create, maintain, and optimize reports using SQL to provide business insights and facilitate decision-making processes.
2. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate these into detailed technical specifications for Salesforce CRM and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
3. Support the configuration, testing, and implementation of Salesforce CRM and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
4. Contribute to troubleshooting, enhancing, and maintaining existing systems to ensure optimum performance.
5. Document system processes and operations, and create relevant training materials as necessary.
6. Collaborate with team members to align strategies and ensure data accuracy and consistency.

**Qualifications:**

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
2. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with Salesforce CRM and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
3. Proficiency in SQL and experience with report generation and management.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
7. Salesforce-related certifications are a plus, but not mandatory.
